Our first Munich Helles is for Martin! He was the brewer for the day, and this pale, malty German Lager is one of his favorites. The Helles uses all German made malt. A pleasant grainy aroma comes from those malts. Saphir & Perle hops give a soft floral and spicy hop aroma. Your first drink gives that soft pilsner malt a showcase. There is a touch of maltiness from Munich malt as well. Hops are balanced, yet present with the Noble hop characteristics. 5.2% ABV

Our first time brewing this light style lager. The mash is made with extra pale Pilsner, Vienna and flaked corn, giving it a very light color and a crisp flavor. We then added 2 lbs of lime peel to the whirlpool to give this beer a hint of lime flavor and aroma. It's a thirst quencher! 4.7% ABV
This hop bomb is made for our friends at Gatewood Electric. Joe loves hops so we broke the record by using 25.5 lbs of hops in a 5 BBL batch. The hop aroma bursts out of the glass with stone fruit, pine, and tropical fruit. Flavors are similar to a dank tropical fruit smoothie with a firm bitterness. 6.8% ABV and 71 IBUs.

This new style of IPA was developed out in California. It has champagne like qualities; dry, crisp, refreshing, and low calories. Whirlpool and dry hop additions of Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic give a delicate aroma of white wine, green grapes, and pineapple. This beer has very little perceived bitterness and is very smooth and crushable! 6.3% ABV and 26 IBUs.
This unique style of stout originated in Jamaica. Fermented warm using lager yeast and also using generous amounts of crystal malt to produce dark rum like flavors and aromas. Not as roasty as some stouts and not as sweet as a milk stout. A nice balanced stout with a unique and delicious profile. And no, there is no coconut or fruity hops in the dark beauty. 6.7% ABV

This is a tribute to Doolin, Ireland. A wonderful, quaint west coast village. Notes of sweet caramel, malt, and a hint of roast escape this deep red ale. Flavors are caramel, toffee, and a slight dry roast finish. A very easy drinking amber ale. Slainte! 5.4% ABV
This was our first lager produced in the brewery! This German lager has a rich malty profile. Munich and Vienna make up the bulk of the grains. They contribute caramel, toast, and bready flavors and aroma. There is also a hint of fruitiness in the aroma. No hop presence in this lager. 9.1% ABV
Rich caramel, a hint of chocolate, and biscuit coupled with Mosaic, Cashmere, and local Zeus hops give this American brown ale a smooth spin on a classic brown ale. Bitterness is low, but flavors are boom! 5.7% ABV
We used our Foxbite grain recipe and swapped out the hops for Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Wai-ti. This juicy, hazy IPA is packed full of hops! Notes of Pineapple, green grapes and a hint of citrus jumps out at you. Smooth and refreshing on a summer day. 6.3% ABV
Our English amber ale has English hops and malt from 3 continents. Floral notes coupled with toffee and caramel aromas are the showcase of this beer. This Czech style amber lager is rarely seen in the US. Rich caramel malts give a plum and cherry flavor coupled with some sweet caramel flavor. Hops are Saaz for their traditional noble aroma. Crystal clear and sessionable at 5.0% ABV

This kettle sour is a German Gose. Pronounced GO-ZA. It is a mild sour compared to some. Lemon and lime aromas are followed up with those flavors with a slight salty finish. Super refreshing and sessionable. Think lime margarita! 4.4% ABV and 8 IBUs.
This German lager is a beautiful garnet color. Aromas are of rich Munich and Vienna malts which are reminiscent of toast and rich caramel. Flavors are malty, toasty with a touch of caramel that finish smooth and slightly sweet. 6.5% ABV
This International Pale Lager uses malt from Chile, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Pair that with hops from New Zealand, & Germany and we have a unique global lager. Aroma is a soft lemon and a herbal spice combo that is very summery and inviting. Flavors are similar with a crisp Pilsner like finish. Bitterness is mild and refreshing.

This is a new style of hazy beer. A very restrained hop presence that is all flavor and aroma. No bitterness at all. Pilsner and oats are the only grains used. They make the base for Citra, Cashmere, and Hallertau Blanc. Those three give a wonderful orange tropical flavor and aroma. This is a great way to introduce your palate to a gently hopped ale. 5.4% ABV

Our richest & most intense offering to date; this English Barleywine is a bit non-traditional as it features 5 different malt varieties. With that blend the aroma is complex. Caramel, rye, and a very light plum aroma mix together in harmony. Flavor is the spicy rye and caramel with a nice smooth alcohol flavor. This dark mahogany ale has been aged for 5 months and is just coming into its prime. 10.6% ABV and 46 IBUs.

Pucker Up is our first kettle sour at Foxhole. It's a German wheat beer base that is soured overnight using Lactobacillus. Once fermentation was near completion we added raspberry and pomegranate. Pucker Up is fruity, yet nice & tart. 5.6% ABV and 7 IBUs.
